It is, however, important to be well hydrated before any physical activity: don\u2019t forget to drink the right quantities of water.<\/p>\n<p>2) Avoid all spiced and spicy foods and drinks that cause an acidic reaction, such as orange, lemon and cranberry juice. Instead, opt for a diet rich in vegetables and fibre.<\/p>\n<p>3) Use a special pad (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanisensitive.gr\/products\/sani-lady\/\">incontinence pad<\/a>) of the correct size for your needs, as it will prevent urine incontinence and unpleasant odours.<\/p>\n<p>4) Opt for workout clothes made of black fabric, so, in case of leakage, your workout companions will not be able to notice it.
